My subscriptions aren't syncing between devices.

Make sure both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account (the same Apple ID) and that iCloud Drive / iCloud for the app is enabled. Sync happens in the background and can take a moment to catch up after a change.

How do I import my existing podcasts?

BondCasts supports OPML import. Export an OPML file from your current podcast app, then import it from Settings in BondCasts.

Auto-downloads aren't happening.

In Settings, check that Auto-Download New Episodes (and, if you use it, auto-download for queued episodes) is turned on. On a device that's low on storage, confirm downloads haven't been paused for that device and that you have free space available.

Can I generate a transcript for any episode?

On-device transcript generation is available for downloaded episodes. Download the episode first, then open the transcript sheet and choose Generate. Some shows also publish their own transcripts, which appear automatically.

Do the Home-screen widgets update automatically?

Yes. The Now Playing, Up Next, and Latest widgets refresh as you listen and as new episodes arrive. If a widget looks stale, open the app once to let it write a fresh snapshot.
